Class: Fused Glass—Open Workshop

Glass Fusing is the technique of joining two or more pieces of glass by heat in a kiln. With or without experience, students will learn fusing techniques by creating fused glass wall art. Topics will include cutting, preparing pieces for the kiln and firing. Each participant may fill an 8x8 area with as many pieces as will fit, to be picked up the following week at the gallery. Many designs (or design your own) and colors to choose from; all materials included. You can make sun-catchers, wall art, jewelry, ornaments, and small plates. Please wear closed toe shoes. This class will be full so you will not be considered registered until payment is received. Cancellations must be made at least two weeks prior to receive a refund.
