Susanne Johnson uses her self-taught artistry techniques, taking inspiration from local environment that she lives in to create semi realistic aquatic scenes.

Susanne is inspired by the beauty of local sea life and takes elements of photography, music and imagination to spark her creations. She works with acrylic and watercolor painting on wood, paper or canvas.

She creates mixed media pieces with clay, acrylic or watercolor on wood. She carves some of her wood pieces or applies clay to create a more dimensional effect before painting.

Susanne Johnson is pursuing her dream of being an artist. She has first shared her creations in the LKAN member show 2023. And has joined the Artists in Paradise Gallery in July 2023. She accepts commissions.
